Prenatal massage is a supportive form of bodywork designed to ease the physical and emotional changes throughout pregnancy. I am certified in prenatal massage through Body Therapy Education, ensuring sessions are both safe and thoughtfully tailored to your needs. During my sessions, you will be comfortably bolstered in a supportive side-lying position.

Postpartum massage offers nurturing support during the fourth trimester, helping the body recover, rebalance, and rest after birth. Sessions are designed to ease muscle tension, support hormonal shifts, and promote nervous system regulation during this tender transition. Optional add-ons include lactation massage, abdominal massage, and cesarean scar work to further support healing and comfort.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. Using very light, rhythmic pressure, MLD helps to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and aid your body's natural detoxification process.
Recommended Treatment Plan
The Kickstart Trio: A series of 3 sessions is highly recommended to effectively stimulate your lymphatic system. To ensure optimal progress, this program requires booking three weekly sessions in a row.
Maintenance: Once your initial series is complete, scheduling a session once a month will help maintain your results and support ongoing wellness.
Important Safety Information: Contraindications
While MLD is incredibly gentle, it significantly increases fluid movement throughout your body. For your safety, you should not receive MLD under any circumstances if you have any of the following absolute contraindications:
Acute Infections or Fever
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or Active Blood Clots
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Severe Kidney Failure
Active Cancer
Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure

Bereavement massage is a supportive and compassionate form of bodywork that aids the body and nervous system. It can be especially supportive for those experiencing loss such as miscarriage, fertility challenges, pet loss, or job loss. I am here to hold space for you during this difficult time, no matter what challenges you may be facing. Sessions are guided by care, consent, and presence—offering comfort, grounding, and support during difficult transitions. I customize the session to you and your needs and combine aspects of my Signature Therapeutic Massage with a focus on holding space for loss.
