Each session is thoughtfully customized to support your unique body and needs. By combining a variety of modalities, I create space for both muscular release and whole-being wellness, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation.

Sessions may or may not include hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping, Reiki, and/or body gua sha.

Prenatal massage is a supportive form of bodywork designed to ease the physical and emotional changes throughout pregnancy. I am certified in prenatal massage through Body Therapy Education, ensuring sessions are both safe and thoughtfully tailored to your needs. During my sessions, you will be comfortably bolstered in a supportive side-lying position.

Postpartum massage offers nurturing support during the fourth trimester, helping the body recover, rebalance, and rest after birth. Sessions are designed to ease muscle tension, support hormonal shifts, and promote nervous system regulation during this tender transition. Optional add-ons include lactation massage, abdominal massage, and cesarean scar work to further support healing and comfort.

Bereavement massage is a supportive and compassionate form of bodywork that aids the body and nervous system. It can be especially supportive for those experiencing loss such as miscarriage, fertility challenges, pet loss, or job loss. I am here to hold space for you during this difficult time, no matter what challenges you may be facing. Sessions are guided by care, consent, and presence—offering comfort, grounding, and support during difficult transitions. I customize the session to you and your needs and combine aspects of my Signature Therapeutic Massage with a focus on bereavement.
