Where do I get my massage?
My office is located in North Glendale; the nearest large intersection is N. Brand Blvd. & E. Glenoaks Blvd. I also offer Mobile Massage: this is a special service where I bring everything to you! Please message me to book a house call.

How do I book a massage?

It's my first massage/it's been a while and I'm a bit unsure.
Not to worry! I can walk you through every step of the way and please don't be afraid to ask questions before/during/after. I will check in with you to make sure you are comfortable and we can always discuss any changes you may want to make for future sessions. Communication is key. This is your session, this is your body: you are in charge!

What if I don't like to talk during my massage?
This is your session: we can talk as little or as much as you want. I will check in on pressure towards the beginning of the session and then, after that, I will follow your lead. 

What if the pressure is too much/too little?
Communication is key. I will check in with you towards the top of the massage but please feel free to let me know if we need to adjust. Sometimes our shoulders want more pressure but our legs are sensitive. It's ok if we need to switch it up! I will trust you to communicate your needs so that you can get the most out of your session.

How do I pay you?
I accept payment via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

I don't like some fragrances.
I sometimes use essential oils in the space to help you relax during the session; however, we can always adjust to your needs. Let me know and we can find what works best for you.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Any form of solicitation, sexual advance, harassment, inappropriate touching or behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your treatment. 

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

No-show/Changes/Cancellation Policy
If you are running late or unable to make your appointment, please contact me to let me know. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Appointments are automatically canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late without giving me notice and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you need to shorten your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will still be charged for the full/previously scheduled session. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
I know that life happens and adjustments can be made accordingly. I respect your time; so, please respect mine.

If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms please contact me immediately so we can get you rescheduled for another time.
